We have been in business for nearly 10 years in the Treasure Valley and have 15 years total flooring experience. Early on I worked in commercial flooring installation, served in the Navy for 4 years, and did residential work in Virginia installing laminate, carpet, and vinyl flooring. For the past 9 years I have contracted with a flooring company in the valley. My responsibilities included scheduling appointments with customers, measuring their jobs, figuring quantities, installing, managing crews, handling problems promptly, following up, and maintaining a high customer service score. During my time with this company, our customer satisfaction ratings were 93% or higher and were 100% in 2014.  My company prides itself in providing excellent service in flooring installation from start to finish with an emphasis on craftsmanship, professionalism, and efficiency.
